I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right on the Gold Coast Highway, directly opposite the Pacific Fair shopping complex, and extremely close to restaurants. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and have neutral decor, making them a great place to relax. The service was exceptional, with a friendly and helpful manager available. The dining experience offered delicious grilled fish. However, on the downside, the shuttle service was available but at an extra cost.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms have been refurbished to a high level, boasting neutral decor and comfortable bedding. The friendly manager and paid shuttle service added to the overall positive experience.
